The Montgomery Theater is located inside San Jose’s WPA-era Civic Auditorium complex, just steps from the Main Stage and Blues/Big Easy Stage at Plaza de César Chavez’s south end. You’ll need an All Stages or higher wristband to enter, and Priority Access and above ticket holders have first-in entry.

Led by seven-time Grammy Award nominee John Santos, The John Santos Sextet is one of the premier Afro-Latin Jazz musical groups in the US. Santos has collaborated with masters like Tito Puente, Dizzy Gillespie, Max Roach, Eddie Palmieri, and McCoy Tyner, and was founder and director of the long-running Machete Ensemble from 1985 to 2006.

At Summer Fest she’ll feature sparkling new material from her latest release, Meet Me in Paris.

Led by Joon Lee, recipient of the 2023 KBS Korean Traditional Music Award for his mastery of the 12-string gayageum, SE:UM is a powerhouse ensemble.
