She is heir to a family of musicians steeped in son jarocho, a traditional regional style that blends Spanish, African and indigenous Mexican influences. Rebolloso was crowned the winner of the Sarah Vaughan International Jazz Vocal Competition in 2022.

Vibraphonist, composer and arranger NIKARA’s debut album, Black Wall Street, is a convergence of hip-hop, jazz, neo-soul, Afro-Latin and more. Granddaughter of Kenny Barron, she has played at the Kennedy Center, the SFJazz Center and, most recently, at NYC’s 20th Anniversary Winter Jazz Fest.
